Combined laser skin rejuvenation for ageing symptoms
We offer a complex treatment for the ageing symptoms of the skin with the simultaneous use of 3 different technologies. We use a specific vascular laser to treat superficial dilated blood vessels, enlarged pores and superficial wrinkles, and a long-pulse laser to heat the dermis to trigger collagen shrinking (natural lifting) and collagen reproduction, while broad spectrum phototherapy is used for the local treatment of superficial pigment patches - all in one session.
Recommended for
Those whose facial skin has developed pigment patches, vasodilatation or enlarged pores as a result of UV exposure from sunlight or tanning salons. Those on whose skin the first wrinkles have appeared. Those who have durably red or brown pigmented skin that feels rough like goose flesh on both sides of the neck or in the cleavage. Those who are left with scars from earlier acne processes (spots) on the skin. Those who seek a gentle, non-ablative treatment to restore their natural and healthy facial skin.

Preparation
The TwinLaser 3D Rejuvenation treatment requires no special preparation and can usually be carried out on the day of the examination. We recommend not sunbathing or visiting tanning salons for two weeks prior to the TwinLaser 3 D Rejuvenation treatment.
The treatment
In the course of the TwinLaser 3D Rejuvenation treatment, we short light pulses to patches of the skin with the tip of a pencil-type handpiece. Then we treat the neighbouring skin area. We treat the area in 2-3 rows, depending on the nature of the problem. The cold air cooling prevents burns to the skin. The treatment may cause slight discomfort; though is generally painless.
Ability to work, nursing at home
The patient can return to work immediately after the TwinLaser 3D Rejuvenation as it causes no skin injury. Mild redness may occur which generally disappears in a few hours or purple spots may develop on the area of the burst blood vessels (purpura) in indication the effectiveness of the treatment and disappear in 5-7 days. These conditions are always temporary but, as they may be disturbing, the patient is recommended to take a few days off work. After treatment you will need to continue caring for your skin at home and we always recommend avoiding exposure to light for a month.
Number of treatments
Just one treatment may be effective but we recommend repeating the treatments (a course of 2-5 treatments) in order to achieve a perfect result. The TwinLaser 3D Rejuvenation treatments can be repeated every 2-3 weeks.
Scientific background of the treatment
We use the Cynergy pulsed dye laser and Nd:YAG laser of Cynosure Inc., a US laser manufacturing company, and a BBL laser of Sciton Inc., US, for the TwinLaser 3D Rejuvenation treatment. The joint application of the 3 technologies guarantees unique results. Led by Dr Gábor Varju, Dr Derm Anti-Aging Dermatology, Aesthetic Laser and Plastic Surgery was the first institution to use the equipment and the related treatment method in Hungary.
Cost of the treatment
A TwinLaser 3D Rejuvenation treatment costs between HUF 60,000 and HUF 150,000, depending on the size of the skin surface to be treated. If 5 treatments are purchased within six months, we offer the 5th treatment free of charge.
